Leadership is best measured not by the title a person holds, but by the number of lives that person is able to lift. That is the lesson in the Yoruba adage, *"Ajumobi o kan ti aanu, eni a ba ran si ni se eni loore"* - Kindness has no boundary by birth, whoever you are sent to, you should treat with favour.
This adage finds true expression in Ondo State today under the administration of *His Excellency, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.*
Since assuming office, Governor Aiyedatiwa has shown that governance must have a human face. He has prioritized *human capital development* as a core pillar of his administration. This is evident in the massive opportunities he has created for the people:
In the strengthening and expansion of the *Amotekun Corps* to secure our communities, many youths have been gainfully engaged. In the recent *mass recruitment of teachers* under TESCOM and SUBEB, thousands of qualified indigenes who had waited for years got a lifetime opportunity to serve. Across other sectors and Boards, jobs have been created, appointments made, and hope restored.

Behind the smooth delivery of these people-oriented interventions is a loyal and compassionate aide who understands service - *Hon. Dr. Seun Bosede Osamaye, Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development.*
Dr. Osamaye has distinguished herself not just as a Commissioner, but as a true bridge between the Governor and the people. She has used her position not for self, but to facilitate opportunities for others. She has recommended, connected, and stood for many women and young people to benefit from the Governor's employment and empowerment drive.
I, *Omoboni Olusola Joseph,* am a living beneficiary of this uncommon kindness.
