An APC stalwart from Ile-oluji/Okeigbo Local Government Ms.Olatunji Olanike Ewatomi has expressed appreciation to the Ondo State Governor, (Dr). Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, for appointing her as a Special Assistant in his administration.

Mrs. Ewatomi, in a statement in Akure, described the appointment as a demonstration of Governor Aiyedatiwa’s commitment to women’s advancement through the recognition of competence, dedication and service.

She particularly commended the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Dr. Seun Osamaye, for championing the inclusion of women and providing opportunities for more women to contribute meaningfully to the development of the state.

According to her, Dr. Osamaye has continued to serve as a strong voice for women, advocating for their empowerment, participation and representation in governance and other spheres of public service.

Ms. Ewatomi pledged her support for the Aiyedatiwa administration, promising to justify the confidence reposed in her by the Governor by serving the people with integrity, humility and commitment.

She also prayed for wisdom, strength and continued success for Governor Aiyedatiwa in the leadership of the state, expressing optimism that his administration would continue to create opportunities for citizens, particularly women, to contribute meaningfully to the development of Ondo State.
