Osamaye’s One Year in Office: A Visionary, Transformational Leadership in the Women Affairs Ministry, with Impact on Vulnerable Groups













The Chief of Staff to the Ondo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Comr. Omoboni Olusola Joseph (Excellent) has congratulated the Honourable Commissioner, Dr Seun Osamaye, on the occasion of her first anniversary in office, describing her as a compassionate, visionary, and result-oriented leader whose tenure has positively impacted the lives of thousands across the state.

In a congratulatory message marking Dr Osamaye's one year in office, Comr. Omoboni said it has been a rare privilege to serve under the Commissioner's leadership, noting that her unwavering commitment to the welfare of women, children, the elderly, and other vulnerable groups has distinguished her administration.

According to him, Dr Osamaye has demonstrated exceptional passion, humility and dedication to public service, while implementing people-centred initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of vulnerable residents in Ondo State.

"It has been a great privilege working under your leadership as your Chief of Staff and witnessing your passion, humility and genuine commitment to improving the lives of women, children, the elderly and other vulnerable groups. Your dedication to service, your caring heart and your tireless efforts continue to inspire me and many others," he said.

Comr. Omoboni further applauded the Commissioner for her remarkable contributions to community development, particularly her commitment to advancing the growth of Ifedore Local Government Area and Ondo State through empowerment programmes, employment opportunities and inclusive development initiatives.

He noted that Dr Osamaye's leadership has continued to create opportunities for many indigenes, describing her selfless commitment to empowering people and creating pathways for others to succeed as a reflection of her visionary leadership and compassionate disposition.

The Chief of Staff also expressed appreciation for the Commissioner's mentorship and encouragement, saying her supportive leadership style has provided him with invaluable opportunities for personal and professional growth.

"As a leader, mentor and source of encouragement, you have continued to inspire those who work with you. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow under your guidance," he added.

Comr. Omoboni prayed for God's continued guidance, wisdom, strength and protection for Dr. Osamaye as she marks the milestone, expressing confidence that the years ahead would usher in greater accomplishments and expanded opportunities to positively impact more lives.

He congratulated the Commissioner on what he described as a successful first year in office and wished her many more years of impactful service to Ondo State and humanity.

Dr. Seun Osamaye was appointed Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development by Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and has, over the past year, championed several programmes and policies aimed at promoting the welfare, protection and empowerment of women, children, persons with disabilities, the elderly and other vulnerable groups across Ondo State.
